Setting the Standard For Zero Defects
About the Bowen Quality Department
In the spirit of the Bowen Core Value "Continuous Improvement", our Quality Department stands as the sentinel over our vision of Zero Defect projects. Our dedicated Quality Managers have the knowledge and understanding of the codes and standards that govern our work. They work hand in hand with our project teams to ensure that our clients receive a finished product that is of the highest workmanship.
For projects that do not require an onsite Quality Manager, we assign an onsite employee to the role of Quality Champion. The Quality Champion serves as the single point of contact for the Quality Managers responsible for that project. The Quality Manager also becomes a resource for the Champion as they work closely throughout the life of the project.
