The construction of wastewater and water treatment facilities for the Public Works arena was Bowen's original focus and remains a vital part of our portfolio today. We built our first wastewater treatment plant in 1967. Since then we have constructed more than 1000 water and wastewater treatment systems for private utilities, municipalities and industrial clients.
