- Why I Chose Bowen: Teamwork is the cornerstone of Bowen Engineering. Bob Bowen is constantly looking to make people better in life and in their careers. The biggest reason I joined Bowen was the opportunities to grow and help others grow.
- What I have learned at Bowen: There is so much it would be hard to express in few words. The biggest item is a good team will persevere over good individuals.

- Background/Experience: Worked with RQAW out of Indianapolis for 6 years as Structural Engineer. Design included bridge (concrete, steel, precast, post-tensioned), detention facilities, commercial facilities, heavy industrial (Nucor, Subaru Isuzu).

- Most Memorable Bowen Moment: It isn’t a moment as much as constant growth of individuals within Bowen that I had the honor to work with on at the Owensboro WWTP. The Owensboro project was the first large project for our SWIN office. The staff was young but energetic. Now all the staff has moved up in Bowen or other companies and are all very successful.
