- Background/Experience: I am passionate about construction. Prior to joining Bowen, I enjoyed 22 years serving as a Project Director of construction programs and individual projects for major commercial and telecommunications companies.
During this same time, I had the honor of developing and teaching the Construction Project Management capstone course for Purdue University at IUPUI Indianapolis. The role of instructor was incredibly challenging and rewarding, and I enjoyed this role for eleven years. - Key Projects/Clients: Consol Energy, GE Water & Process Technologies, and others
- My Unique Ability: I enjoy listening to our clients and achieving the goals we set together. I am proud of my ability to work cooperatively with our team of designers, field construction staff, and technologists to deliver projects safely, within budget, on time, and according to the defined quality standards.

- Most Memorable Bowen Moment: After completing a project development report I was asked "Where and how did you find this much information so quickly and put it together?" My answer was that our team had a goal and clarity of purpose which made assembling the information straightforward. We went by three statements; What?, So What?, What Now?. These are powerful questions that have opened up wonderful opportunities for our team.
