Indiana American Jeffersonville WTP (Award Winning Project)

• Project Description:

  Indiana American Water's Southern Indiana Operations and Treatment center was built utilizing Design-Build delivery.  At the time, it was Bowen's largest Design-Build project and Indiana-American Water Company's most ambitious endeavor to date.

  Collaborative value-engineering allowed the team to identify and target cost saving opportunities. This ongoing process ultimately provided a savings to the client in excess of $6.2M.  The original owner-defined budget of $31.8M was brought down to to $25.6M... a 19.5% savings.  The success of this project allowed Bowen to go on to serve Indiana American Water and other valued clients through Design-Build partnerships.
