  Bowen Engineering constructed all concrete foundations for the TVA Kingston FGD project as an Alliance Contractor to TVA and Advatech. Bowen placed over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete foundations on this project. Bowen completed all of the underground utility work installing over 20,000 lineal feet of HDPE, ductile and PVC pipe.
