  Bowen built the two water treatment facilities simultaneously.  Each required the installation of specialized equipment in order to achieve mandatory Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) operation.  Located 90 miles apart and constructed in parallel, the projects provided opportunities for resource sharing and use of lessons learned during construction.
