"...These projects were completed on schedule and under budget. Some of these schedules have been very demanding and Bowen has always risen to the occasion. The City appreciates Bowen’s team relationship as we have been able to creatively Value Engineer project savings and use the funds to do additional much-needed work. Bowen operational staff has been extremely responsive to the needs of the City and have even helped out in emergency situations. In summary, the City of Lafayette is very pleased with the work performed by Bowen Engineering and the team environment of the Guaranteed Savings Contract process. Bowen should be proud of its staff for the excellent efforts in always getting the job done."  - Brad Talley, Superintendent, City of Lafayette WPCD
